Too early for a winner: this is the first 2 of 20 briefs. Every model kept the person's identity and did roughly what was asked. The differences so far are about control: Seedance 2.5, Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash and MiniMax H3 kept the walking man the right size as the camera tracked back, while Grok Video 1.5 changed the street around him. Prices differ by four times, from 8.75 credits per clip for Wan 3.0 to 35 for Seedance 2.5. Watch all 14 clips below.

How we tested

Both start frames come from our Reference Kit: synthetic people, not real ones, placed in kit locations. Every model received the same start frame and the identical prompt, at 16:9, 5 seconds, 720p where the model offers it (MiniMax H3 only renders at 2K on Higgsfield). All clips were made on Higgsfield on 31 Oct 2026.
